IEEE CAMSAP 2025 will be held in Punta Cana, at the Melia Caribe Beach Resort. A link to make the reservation at a discounted cost is provided in your confirmation registration email. Please do not share that link to people not participating in the conference.
 
Notice for Participants:  
Due to the location of the resort and controlled access, we strongly recommend that all participants book their room at the conference resort. To help mitigate this requirement, we have secured reduced rates exclusively for those staying on-site. If you choose a different accommodation, access to the conference venue—and thus to the event—is not guaranteed at this point. The only alternative, which is still under negotiation, might involve an additional fee.
If you are considering other lodging options, please contact the organizers in advance to confirm the feasibility and discuss potential additional costs.
