Presentation Guidelines

In this edition of CAMSAP, all papers will be presented in oral sessions.

Each paper will be allocated a 20-minute slot. We recommend that presentation of your slides take no more than 15 minutes, leaving around 4 minutes for interactions with the audience and 1 minute to transition to the next speaker. In addition, all presenters should arrive a few minutes before the beginning of the session and contact the session chair(s) to test that their slides are displayed correctly in the screen. The lecture rooms will be equipped with a data projector using an HDMI video interface. All speakers should bring their own laptops with HDMI connectivity (plan for adapters if needed) to present their papers. As a contingency in case we encounter technical issues, presenters should bring a backup copy of their slides in a USB flash drive.
